Prior to being offered to the public, all instruments and electronic devices we deal with are carefully checked for function and cosmetic appearance, including in-depth cleaning and setup if required. Furthermore, all sold items are checked again for function and proper setup by our qualified staff, before being shipped or handed over to the customer. Individual setup and/or modification requirements are be gladly considered upon request.

Being fully confident about the quality and functional integrity of our products, we provide a 2 years warranty for all brand new items, and a 1 year warranty for any second hand equipment.

We ship daily worldwide with UPS, GLS and DHL, professionally packaged and fully insured. The items are usually shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of full payment.

Of course, you are more than welcome to personally visit our shop premises to check, test, compare, purchase and take home your items right away, without any waiting, stress or pressure, and with a proper professional advice.
