LIKE NEW. The guitar has been little played and well kept. There are no cosmetic issues with the instrument, apart from some very minor discoloration on the maple fretboard and the body. Technically, there are no issues at all. The electronics and the hardware are flawless. Furthermore, the instrument has been professionally set up by our guitar technicians, and carefully checked for proper function and playability by our product experts, to ensure its perfect working order.
- Michael Romeo's (Symphony X) signature model by Caparison, made in Japan.
- Finish: Structured White. With black Schaller hardware & Cosmo Black Gotoh hardware.
- Body: Mahogany/maple/mahogany.
- Neck: Hard maple, oiled. Bolt-on neck construction - this enables a fast, precise attack response, while retaining a full, "fat" tone.
- Scale: 25.5" - standard.
- Fretboard: Maple, without any inlays.
- Frets: 24, jumbo.
- Nut: Schaller R2 Locking Nut, 42 mm.
- Headstock: Caparison Devil's Tail, 15° angle, black, with Michael Romeo signature.
- Tuners: Gotoh SG381-07.
- Bridge: Schaller S-FRT II Floyd Rose tremolo.
- Pickups: 1x DiMarzio ToneZone (neck) humbucker, 1x DiMarzio X2N (bridge) humbucker.
- Alternatively, upon request of the purchaser, we can also perform a professional installation of a different pickup combination, e.g. any DiMarzio, EMG or Seymour Duncan etc. (Very fair prices per pickup swap). Furthermore, we offer installation of active boost and EQ circuits like EMG Afterburner, PA-2, SPC, RPC, VMC, EXG etc. Please ask for details if interested.
