- The son of legendary US luthier Bernardo Rico of B.C. Rich Guitars fame, Bernie Rico Jr. started his own company to carry on the fine tradition of American handcrafted guitars. Bernie Rico Jr. puts his signature on each of his instruments as a mark of pride in their quality. This is a custom "Hell-O-Ween 2006" guitar, in the trademark Bernie Rico Jr. Vixen body shape. An instrument made in USA, with high class features and incredible sound!
- Finish: Transparent Orange, with black hardware. Black bevels on body and headstock, black binding on the fretboard.
- Body: Mahogany, with a beautifully figured 3-D quilted maple top of unbelievable quality - for this feature alone some famous guitar companies may charge an amount comparable with the price of this instrument. The guitar is equipped with Dunlop Straplocks and Flush Mount output jack.
- Neck: Mahogany, one-piece. Neck-thru-body construction. This enables a very good sustain, and a super easy access to the upper frets.
- Scale: 25.5" - Standard.
- Fretboard: Ebony, no inlays.
- Frets: 24.
- Nut: FR Locking.
- Headstock: Matching the body finish, with Bernie Rico Jr.'s signature on the rear side.
- Tuners: Original Grover Imperial.
- Bridge: Original Floyd Rose made in Germany by Schaller - stays perfectly in tune.
- Pickups: 2x EMG 81 active humbuckers - this classic Metallica combination is very versatile, provides lots of gain for aggressive sounds, fits well for downtuning and is absolutely quiet, due to its active design.
- Electronics: 1x volume, 1x tone, 3-way toggle switch.
