ALMOST LIKE NEW. The guitar has obviously been played very little and has remained in an excellent condition. Apart from a finishing imperfection near the neck-body joint (which should rather be considered a finishing flaw rather than playwear, is hardly noticeable and of course has no influence on the functionality and playability of the instrument), there are no cosmetic issues with the instrument, not even dust or finger dirt. Furthermore, the instrument has been professionally cleaned and set up by our guitar technicians, and carefully checked for proper function and playability by our product experts, to ensure its perfect working order.
- A very fine instrument from the San Dimas 2004-2007 Reissue Series by Charvel. Carefully handcrafted at the famous Jackson Custom Shop in California, USA. Only a small number of guitars from this series was ever produced, these instruments are rare nowadays. A guitar with absolutely professional features!
- Finish: Red Ghost Flames, with black hardware.
- Body: Selected alder.
- Neck: Hard rock maple, quartersawn for maximum stability, with a specially formulated oil finish. Bolt-on neck construction - this enables a fast, precise attack response, while retaining a full, "fat" tone.
- Scale: 25.5" - Standard.
- Fretboard: Rosewood, with a very even grain, with dot inlays.
- Frets: 22, Jumbo.
- Tuners: Original Schaller.
- Nut: 43 mm, FR Locking.
- Headstock: Pointy, black.
- Bridge: Original Floyd Rose tremolo - stays perfectly in tune.
- Pickups: 2x Seymour Duncan humbuckers.
- Alternatively, upon request of the purchaser, we can also perform a professional installation of any different pickup, e.g. any DiMarzio, EMG or Seymour Duncan etc. (Very fair prices per pickup swap). Furthermore, we offer installation of active boost and EQ circuits like EMG Afterburner, PA-2, SPC, RPC, VMC, EXG etc. Please ask for details if interested.
