- Finish: Transparent Red, with cream binding & chrome hardware- a very classy looking instrument!
- Body: Solid hardwood with a quilt image top.
- Neck: Maple. Bolt-on neck construction - this enables a fast, precise attack response, while retaining a full, "fat" tone. The neck feels and plays fantastic!
- Scale: 25.5" - Standard.
- Fretboard: Maple, with black "Dot" inlays.
- Frets: 22, medium - a perfect fretjob, another famous feature like on Music Man USA guitars.
- Nut: 42 mm, standard.
- Headstock: Natural.
- Tuners: Original Sterling.
- Bridge: Sterling vintage tremolo.
- Pickups: 2x Sterling high output humbuckers (bridge and neck). The sound of these pickups resemble strongly to the sound of an original Music Man Axis, provides lots of gain for aggressive sounds, fits well for downtuning and is very quiet.
- Alternatively, upon request of the purchaser, we can also perform a professional installation of a different pickup combination, e.g. any DiMarzio, EMG or Seymour Duncan etc. (Very fair prices per pickup swap). Furthermore, we offer installation of active boost and EQ circuits like EMG Afterburner, PA-2, SPC, RPC, VMC, EXG etc. Please ask for details if interested.
