The Canoga is a pure, 100% analog fuzz pedal inspired by classic silicon FuzzFace circuits, refined for modern players while preserving its vintage soul. Originally developed as a simple experiment, it has evolved into a highly expressive and musical fuzz pedal.
Featuring just two controls – Drive and Level – Canoga keeps things simple while delivering a surprisingly wide tonal range. From full, saturated fuzz to semi-clean tones, the pedal responds beautifully to your guitar’s volume knob, unlocking a broad palette of sounds.
One of Canoga’s defining characteristics is its ability to retain clarity when rolling back your guitar’s volume. Unlike many fuzz pedals, the high frequencies remain intact, allowing for articulate tones suitable for blues, rock, pop and beyond.
Like traditional fuzz circuits, Canoga interacts directly with your guitar’s pickups and works best when connected without buffers. It pairs exceptionally well with slightly overdriven amplifiers, echoing the classic tones of legendary players from the 60s and 70s.
