Tascam US-1X2HR
If a microphone input is sufficient
The US-1x2HR is the smallest high-resolution USB audio interface in Tascam's US-HR series. It has a microphone and an instrument input, making it particularly suitable for easy and intuitive recording of guitar and vocals using a computer. However, the built-in loopback function and support for Open Broadcaster Software (OBS Studio) also make it an excellent choice for creating podcasts and live streaming applications. Last but not least, it is a perfect solution for supplying an amplifier system with high-quality music from a computer, for example for a birthday party.
Lower noise and distortion — better sound than ever before
The compact US-1x2HR impresses with many performance features such as high resolution up to 24 bits and 192 kHz sampling rate, extremely low latency with a Windows buffer size from four samples and Ultra HDDA microphone preamplifiers with 48 -Volt phantom power for excellent sound quality with extremely low noise. There's also a robust USB-C port and a wide range of included software so you can start recording and producing straight away.
The lightweight interface is ideal for mobile recording and production with an iPhone or iPad* and the included Cubasis LE. Whether you're taking it into your practice room, reporting from a live event, or recording nature sounds outdoors - all options are open to you.
Ease of use is key
All US HR models have a unique cast aluminum honeycomb structure on the side panels. This concept not only provides a slim, eye-catching design, but also just the right weight so that the interface doesn't move when you connect or remove cables. Equally important: the sides are angled and the user interface, which is tilted upwards, is ergonomic and easy to use.
If you are looking for a clear, easy-to-use audio interface with two inputs and two outputs, very low noise, low distortion and excellent sound quality, the Tascam US-1x2HR can be your reliable audio interface for years to come ;be a drinking partner.
*When used with an iPhone or iPad, an optional battery pack or AC adapter is required.
