The unrivaled TC Electronic classic since its introduction in 1976, the SCF Stereo Chorus Flanger has been and still is the no. 1 choice of professional musicians worldwide. Handmade in Denmark, the idea behind this device was to get rid of the background noise and hiss common for the 70’s pedals, which the SCF did with a vengeance - that’s why they call it „the sound of silence“. Having a very authentic, dynamic and versatile chorus, the SCF is a benchmark for all pedals out there. Equally useful for guitarists as well as keyboard players. . Though originally intended for use with guitars, many keyboard-players have adapted the SCF in their setup – especially to give the extra “touch” on Rhodes electric pianos. Technically way ahead of its time, with the incredible dynamic range and lack of noise, the SCF is still in this new millennium a top selling product and a “must have” for many.
MAIN FEATURES:
- Connections: Mono Input to Mono or Stereo Out, Bypass control that allows you to bypass the effect via any external relay switching system, no wall-wart - plug straight to power outlet.
- Standard Controls: Chorus/Flanger mode selector, Speed, Width and Intensity.
- Additional: To secure optimal performance with practically NO noise the SCF is unlike most Chorus/Flanger pedals designed with an Input Gain control and Overload indicator.
