Teenage Engineering TP-7 - Portable Field Recorder
TP-7 is a portable audio recorder with 128 GB internal memory and a rechargeable battery for up to 7 hours of operation. The recorder, which is part of the Field series, was developed to record sound, music and interviews in the highest possible quality with the simplest possible handling. At the heart of the TP-7 is a motorised tape reel that can be used to navigate through menus and control playback.
Short memos and the like can be recorded in no time at all thanks to the built-in microphone. For more extensive setups, three stereo two-way sockets are available for connecting external microphones, headphones, studio monitors or other audio devices such as TX-6 or OP-1 field. The USB-C port can be used to charge the TP-7 and use it as a multi-channel audio interface, midi controller or to read out audio data. An internal speaker is also available for uncomplicated monitoring.
