We always try to do whatever is in our power, to make your purchase a pleasant and satisfactory experience for you, in every respect. Quality control

Prior to being offered to the public, all instruments and electronic devices we deal with are carefully checked for function and cosmetic appearance, including technical adjustments and professional cleaning if necessary. Furthermore, all sold items are checked again for function and proper setup by our qualified staff, before being shipped or handed over to the customer. Individual setup and/or modification requirements will be gladly considered upon request.

Product warranty

We stand behind the flawless quality and function of our products, and provide you an extended warranty of 3 years for regular brand new items, as well as 2 years for b-stock, demo or retoure items and 1 year for second hand equipment.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide on daily basis, with DHL, DPD and UPS, professionally packaged and fully insured. The items are usually shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of full payment.

Showroom & Personal pickup

Of course, you are more than welcome to personally visit our shop premises to check, test, compare, purchase and take home your items right away, without any waiting, stress or pressure, and with a proper professional advice by our qualified personnel.

Payment

We accept payments by bank transfer (preferred), cash-on-delivery (Germany only), PayPal, ec-cards and cash on personal pickup. Payments by bank transfer must be fully credited to us within a maximum of 7 days from placement of your order. PayPal payments must be effected immediately when ordering, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you are not completely sure about the actual processing time of your PayPal payment - especially bank account funded PayPal transfers often take several days longer (!) than a conventional bank-to-bank wire transfer - please make sure to contact us before placing your order, we will gladly assist you on how to choose the best option. If you prefer to personally pick up your items in our retail store location and pay by ec-card or cash, please contact us to make arrangements.
