Caparison Custom Line Horus CL10 MF - Trans Orange

- A very rare Caparison model, with high class features. The Horus CL10 MF is a Custom Line instrument, produced as a limited series, with a beautiful flamed maple top and transparent gloss finish. The Horus line is unique in its unusual combination of small body shape, 24.75" (628 mm) scale, and 27 frets.
- Finish: Trans Orange, with black hardware.
- Body: Mahogany (body wings) / Ahorn (centre block), with a flamed maple top.
- Neck: Hard maple, oiled. Bolt-on neck construction - this enables a fast, precise attack response, while retaining a full, "fat" tone.
- Scale: 24.75" - like Gibson Les Paul, SG, Explorer etc., i.e. a 2 cm shorter scale than for instance a Stratocaster, resulting in better playability even with thicker string gauges.
- Fretboard: Maple, with "Clock" inlays and ivory binding - a very noble looking instrument!
- Frets: 27, jumbo.
- Nut: Schaller R2 Locking Nut, 42 mm.
- Headstock: Caparison Devil's Tail, 15° angle, matching the body finish, with silver "Horus" inlay and ivory binding.
- Tuners: Gotoh SG381-07.
- Bridge: Schaller S-FRT II Floyd Rose tremolo.
- Pickups: 1x Caparison SH-27F (neck), 1x Caparison PH-bc (bridge).
- Alternatively, upon request of the purchaser, we can also perform a professional installation of a different pickup combination, e.g. any DiMarzio, EMG or Seymour Duncan etc. (Very fair prices per pickup swap). Furthermore, we offer installation of active boost and EQ circuits like EMG Afterburner, PA-2, SPC, RPC, VMC, EXG etc. Please ask for details if interested.
