Each speaker in the DM series has a Class D amplifier including DSP with 96 kHz sampling rate, which produces a pure, balanced bass sound. Thanks to the convex DECO diffusers, which have been redesigned compared to the original DM-40 speakers, the monitor speakers deliver crystal-clear high frequencies in every direction.
A wide sweet spot and 3D stereo sound ensure real music enjoyment no matter where you are in the room. At higher volumes, the woofer provides additional power and is perfectly matched to the tweeter. As a result, all frequencies can be heard clearly and distinctly. As with the DM-40, cabinet recesses at the sound outlets reduce air friction. This guarantees a tight and powerful bass, even when the speakers are positioned against a wall. The curved front edges provide maximum rigidity and minimum resonance, resulting in a clean sound at any volume level. The DM Series monitors offer two sound modes: DJ mode and production mode. This means you no longer have to decide whether to buy a pair of monitors for DJing and another for music production, as the DM series speakers are suitable for both. If you move the selector switch to the desired position, the DSP settings are optimized for the respective application and the focus can remain completely on your own mix.
Thanks to two selectable colors, the speakers bring an elegant and professional look to any setup. The black finish of the DM speakers fits perfectly with classic DJ equipment, while the white models add further accents to the interior design of a home.
