AIAIAI S05 MKII - Detailed - Speaker Units
The S05 MKII are developed with a 40 mm speaker diaphragm made from rigid bio-cellulose, which provides clearer details in the high frequencies, more pronounced mids, better dynamics, and a more natural tonality.
The S05 MKII feature the award-winning bio-diaphragm speaker driver and the sound profile of the S05, which was fine-tuned together with artists in the studio to achieve a slightly wider soundstage and even better instrument separation.
The S05 MKII speaker units do not use a cable lock system on the headband side, making headphone assembly easier. However, the speaker units still use the cable lock system for the main cable.
Acoustic Design Details
The S05 MKII have an improved sub-bass extension below 50 Hz for slightly tighter bass reproduction without affecting the mid frequencies, smoother mids for a somewhat brighter vocal and acoustic range, and more energy in the 6 kHz to 10 kHz range for slightly more detail in the high frequencies.
