Like never before, the numerous hi-end functions, sounds and effects have been designed and organised for easy, intuitive and effective control to provide the best performance feel in every aspect. In other words, the Numa X Piano is the perfect fusion betweena high-end musical instrument based on a new Sound Generation architecture, a 4-zone MIDI controller derived from the renowned SL line and an additional 4-track digital mixer. A powerful combination for studio applications and live gigs with a brand new revolutionary UX experience.

UXlogic is the name of our innovative and adaptive colour user interface. The colour display and colour-coded knobs are always synchronised to the active zone, allowing quick and easy access to all functions and intuitive navigation through all real-time settings. A clear control panel that contributes to the elegant design of the Numa X Piano is an additional positive "side effect" of this effective and well thought-out logic.

The sound engines are based on a powerful mix of sampling, wave shaping and true physical modelling. In addition to the eight insert effects (two for each zone, plus master delay and reverb with FDN technology), the acoustic piano sounds offer special DSP effects to simulate string and duplex resonances, as well as release, key off and foot pedal sounds. Special ZOOM settings can store different processing parameter settings in each programme. This allows for an endless variety of sounds.

The Numa X GT piano is equipped with the latest developments of the Fatar Hammeraction keyboard: the TP/400 Wood with three contacts as well as aftertouch.
