ABSOLUTELY LIKE NEW. The guitar has obviously been played very little and actually matches a brand new instrument in function and cosmetics (see pictures). We could not detect any wear and tear on this instrument, no dents or scratches, not even dust or fingerdirt. Furthermore, the instrument has been thoroughly checked and completely set up in our workshop.
- Paul Gilbert's classic signature model for the 20th anniversary of the PGM-series, with absolutely professional features and an outstanding price-quality relation.
- Finish: Highgloss white, with Cosmo Black hardware.
- Body: Basswood.
- Neck: Maple/walnut, 5-pc. "Super Wizard Prestige" neck profile. Bolt-on neck construction with tilt neck joint - this enables a fast, precise attack response, while retaining a fuller, "fatter" tone, than the standard bolt-on neck construction.
- Scale: 25.5" - standard.
- Fretboard: Rosewood, with black "Dot" inlays. - a very classy looking instrument!
- Frets: 24, Medium - with a perfect fretjob, another famous feature of Ibanez instruments.
- Nut: 43 mm. - FR-style locking nut.
- Headstock: Ibanez RG-style - reversed, matching the body finish.
- Tuners: Orig. Gotoh tuners.
- Bridge: Orig. Ibanez Edge Lo Pro tremolo
- Pickups: 1x DiMarzio PAF Pro (neck) humbucker, 1x DiMarzio FS-1 (middle) single coil, 1x DiMarzio PAF Pro (bridge) humbucker - this combination is very versatile, provides lots of gain for aggressive sounds as well as crispy clean sounds with the 5-way switch for two pickups.
- Alternatively, upon request of the purchaser, we can also perform a professional installation of a different pickup combination, e.g. any DiMarzio, EMG or Seymour Duncan etc. (Very fair prices per pickup swap). Furthermore, we offer installation of active boost and EQ circuits like EMG Afterburner, PA-2, SPC, RPC, VMC, EXG etc. Please ask for details if interested.
